We come to your premises and watch how the work happens now, including the workarounds nobody mentions in meetings. This is free, takes a day for most businesses, and it is where the real scope comes from.
A written document listing every screen, every report and every integration, with a fixed price and a delivery date. Anything not in that document is not in the price, and you know that before signing rather than in month three.
We release working modules as they are finished instead of disappearing for two months. You use each one and tell us what is wrong while the next is being built.
Masters, opening balances and history moved across from Tally, Busy, Excel or whatever you are running now, then checked against your own records before anyone relies on it.
We train your staff at your premises, in Hindi or English, on the screens they will actually use. Short videos of the common tasks are recorded so a new joiner in six months is not dependent on a phone call.
A named contact, a direct number and a response time written into the agreement. Support is included for an agreed period after go live.
A trading or distribution business is usually live in six to ten weeks. A manufacturer or jeweller with job work and costing takes ten to sixteen. Multiple locations or several companies under one group runs longer.
Both figures assume someone on your side can give a few hours a week and make decisions without calling a meeting. Projects slip for those two reasons far more often than for technical ones, and scope changing after it was agreed accounts for most of it. We commit to a date at the quote stage and tell you immediately if anything puts it at risk.
There are a number of ERP software companies in Jaipur and they do not all do the same job. Some resell a licence for Tally or Marg. Some configure a large platform like SAP Business One or Odoo. Some, like us, build the system around your process. Those three routes have very different prices and very different outcomes, which is why quotes for the same requirement come back so far apart.
Whoever you end up working with, five things are worth checking.
A demo on sample data proves very little. Ask them to show the system handling a karigar issue slip, a job work challan or a site material indent, whichever applies to you. Demos that fall apart at that point were always going to, just later and at your expense.
A quote without a detailed scope document is a number that will move. Ask what happens when you need something the scope does not cover, and get that answer in writing too.
The person who sells is often not the person who builds. Ask to meet whoever will sit with your staff during training.
How long support runs, what it costs afterwards, what response time you are promised, and who answers on a Saturday when billing has stopped.
Everything, in a usable format, whenever you ask, without a negotiation about it. Get that into the agreement rather than assuming it.
When something needs fixing on your floor, one of us comes over. Remote support is fine for small things and useless when despatch has stopped.
You know the figure before work starts and it does not move unless you change the scope.
The person entering stock is not going to read English documentation, and a system your staff quietly avoid is a system that failed, whatever it cost.
