AEM cloud service developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AEM development, cloud-native deployments, API integrations, and modern frontend technologies.

The role involves developing scalable AEM applications, implementing headless CMS solutions, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring high performance, security, and accessibility standards. The candidate will collaborate with Agile teams and contribute to best practices, CI/CD automation, and production support activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using AEM Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Build and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services.
• Develop solutions using Sling Models, HTL (Sightly), JCR, and Core Components.
• Implement headless and hybrid AEM solutions using AEM GraphQL and Content Fragments.
• Integrate AEM with REST APIs, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and third-party platforms.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for cloud-native deployments.
• Follow CI/CD best practices using Cloud Manager and DevOps tools.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, accessibility (WCAG), and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams during sprint planning and development activities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.

Strong hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with AEM Core Components, Editable Templates, and REST API integrations.

Knowledge of Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and AEM Cloud architecture preferred.
